Your family's photos, recipes, and memories are your family's property. We use them for exactly one thing: making the keepsake you ordered. We never train AI models on your content, never sell or share your data, and when you ask us to delete everything, everything gets deleted.
Your WhatsApp phone number and name; the messages and media (photos of recipes, family photos) you send us; your shipping address when you place an order; your email if you choose to share it (as a backup way to reach you). We collect nothing else — no accounts, no passwords, no tracking across other sites.
To produce your preview and your book: we use AI services to transcribe handwriting and organize recipes, under contracts that prohibit training on your content. To message you about your own order on WhatsApp (1:1 replies you initiated — we never send unsolicited or bulk messages). To ship your order. That's the complete list.
Mobile and WhatsApp contact information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
You opt in to receive messages from us by messaging us first — every conversation is user-initiated. After you opt in, we send only replies within your conversation and notifications about your own order (payment confirmation, proof review, shipping and delivery updates).
Message frequency varies depending on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or BAJA). Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help. You may also request full deletion of your data in-chat at any time.
Only with the service providers strictly needed to deliver: messaging (Twilio/WhatsApp), AI transcription (Anthropic — no training on your data), printing and shipping (our print partner receives only the book file and shipping address), and payments (the payment provider — we never see card numbers). No data brokers, no advertisers, no selling. Ever.
Phone photos often carry hidden GPS coordinates. We strip location metadata from your photos at intake — it never appears in your book, your archive, or anywhere else.
Your Family Recipe Archive persists so your family can enjoy it — until you tell us otherwise. Message us "delete my data" (or "borrar mis datos") any time: recipe data, photos, rendered books, and hosted pages are all permanently deleted, and shared links stop working. Original uploads not attached to an archive are removed within 24 months.
